USAGE:
1. COUGH RELIEVER : Apply 2-3 drops to chest & back of neck.
2. SINUS CLEARER : Add 1-2 drops to cup of boiling water over head and inhale for 5-10minutes.
3. HEADACHE RELIEVER : Diffuse 5 drops or rub 2-3 drops into temples & back of neck.
4. MUSCLE PAIN RELIEVER : Apply 2-3 drops to area of concern for large area dilute with carrier oil.
5. SKIN IRRITATION REMOVER : Apply 2-3 drops to clean cotton ball & rub into area of concern 2-3 times daily.
6. INSECT BITE SOOTHER : Apply 2-3drops to clean cotton ball and apply it to the insect bite 3 times daily.
