Dosage:
Consume like tea by boiling One teaspoon (3 gms) of powder in 150ml (glassful) of water. strain and drink when hot. Consume it twice daily. Jaggery and fresh lemon juice may be added for taste.

Pattern of Consumption:

• Take 1 glass full of hot Amrutha Balli Powder in the morning after brushing.
• Take 1 glass full of Amrutha Balli Powder around 11.00 am.
